Instructions:

1. Create an Excel file with columns: Item No (or Item No.), Description, Agreed Quantity, TS Rate, Agreed Rate, Already Executed Quantity, To be Executed Quantity, LMR Rate (case-insensitive)
2. Upload the file and click 'Load Excel File'
3. Edit data if needed and enter LMR Rate for items exceeding 125% (normal quoted) or 100% (abnormally high quoted) of Original Quantity
4. Click 'Submit Data', 'Generate Comparative Statement', and 'Download Result'
5. Note: Original Quantity is taken as Agreed Quantity. Ensure numeric fields are valid. Data persists on page refresh; use 'Clear Data' to reset. The Overall Factor (ratio of total agreed amount to total TS amount, excluding extra items) can be edited.
